Dispatch
Delivery times:
- Belgium: 1-3 working days
- Netherlands: 2-5 working days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
Postage costs:
- Free shipping within Belgium for orders over €50.
- Orders under €50: shipping costs of €4.95.
- International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Track & Trace:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can track your package.

We do our utmost to deliver within the stated delivery times. During busy periods, such as the holidays, delays may occur.
Returns
Not completely satisfied? It can happen. At Petit Woof we offer an easy returns policy.
Return conditions:
- Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving your order.
- The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Return process:
- Please contact us at contact @petitwoof .be to register your return.
- You will receive instructions and a return address from us.
- Return the package to our address (shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered).
Refund:
Once we have received the product in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.
